Englands contracted Test players such as Joe Root, Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer are not on the record since they will be a part of a first draft for England cricketers on Thursday.
In that miniature draft, teams will pick up to 3 players, with the side that is Leeds-based, for instance, having to choose between Stokes Root and Jonny Bairstow.
They will have the opportunity to select local icons. The eight teams will be based in London (two groups ), Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Cardiff and Southampton.

Players can set a reserve fee for their services, with each team having two spaces in their squad at each of the following pay mounts: # 1 125,000, #100,000, #75,000, #60,000, #50,000, #40,000 and 30,000.
England limited-overs captain Morgan is a supporter of the competition.
Speaking earlier in the summertime, Morgan stated:The Hundred, yes, I really do think we want it. We want one championship, with fewer teams, to be able to always sell the sport.
Anybody I speak to who loves sport but doesnt always adore cricket is crying out for a championship he or she knows, since 18 teams heading for a very long time period just doesnt make sense to anyone.
The next summerthe BBC will have live television coverage of 2 England mens global T20 matches, one England womens T20 international, plus live TV coverage of 10 mens matches from The Hundred and up to eight live games in the girlss Hundred championship, including both finals.
It all amounts to appropriately – 100 hours of cricket back on BBC television, also.
How much do you know about the beautiful game?
